Boarding Policy

At C’ My Paws, we are committed to creating a safe and enjoyable environment for your pet during their stay. Please review the following policies to ensure a smooth experience:

 

Reservations: Boarding reservations must be made in advance. A deposit may be required to secure your booking.

 

Vaccinations: Pets must be up-to-date on rabies, distemper, and Bordetella vaccines. Proof of vaccination is required at check-in.

 

Health & Medications: Inform us of any medical conditions or medications your pet requires. Medications must be in original containers with instructions. We reserve the right to refuse pets showing signs of illness or contagious conditions.

Behavior: Aggressive or unruly pets will not be accepted to ensure the safety of all pets and staff.

 

Food & Supplies: You may bring your pet’s food, snacks, and familiar items such as toys or blankets. Label all items clearly.

 

Check-In & Check-Out: Check-in is available from 7 AM to 7 PM. Check-out is by 11 AM.

 

Late Pick-Up: A grace period extends until 11:30 AM. After that, an additional day’s fee will apply.

 

Cancellations: Cancel at least 48 hours before the reservation to avoid a cancellation fee or forfeiting your deposit.

 

Emergencies: In case of a medical emergency, we will attempt to contact you. If unavailable, we will seek veterinary care at your expense.

 

Liability: While we take every precaution, C’ My Paws is not liable for injuries or illnesses that may occur during boarding.
