Policies & Procedures
At C’ My Paws, your pet’s safety and comfort are our top priorities. Please review our policies to ensure a smooth experience:
Vaccinations: Pets must have current vaccination records on file. Provide a copy at check-in or email cmypaws@outlook.com.
Health Issues: Grooming may reveal or worsen medical problems. Owners are responsible for any resulting expenses after acknowledgment of this policy.
Accidents: While rare, accidents can happen due to sharp tools or pet movement. We will inform you immediately if one occurs.
Emergency Vet Care: This authorization allows us to seek treatment from the nearest vet if necessary. All costs are the owner's responsibility.
Behavior & Service Refusal: We prioritize safety. Grooming may be refused if a pet is overly stressed or poses a danger. Fees may
still apply.
Allergic Reactions: We select products carefully, but reactions can occur. Notify us within 24 hours if your pet experiences one. Owners cover related medical costs.
Interruptions: For safety, avoid interrupting groomers. Early arrivals disrupting the session may lead to early termination, with full fees applied.
Matted Coats: Severe mats may require shaving for safety and comfort. Mats can cause pain, restrict blood flow, and hide parasites. Humane mat removal may involve risks like nicks or irritation, and extra fees may apply. Groomers will not de-mat overly stressed pets.
Cancellations/No-Shows: Cancel at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a fee of 50% of the service cost. Same-day cancellations or no-shows incur a 100% fee. Repeat no-shows may require prepayment.
Late Arrivals & Pickups: Arrivals over 15 minutes late may result in cancellation with no-show fees. Late pickups incur a $15 daycare fee ($5 per additional dog) per half hour.
Payment: Payment is due at pickup. We accept cash, tap payments, and credit/debit cards.
Satisfaction: Your satisfaction matters! Let us know at pickup if adjustments are needed. Issues reported within 24 hours will be addressed; beyond that, corrections require a new appointment.
Photos: By visiting C’ My Paws, you allow us to take and use photos of your pet for records and social media. These remain the property of C’ My Paws.
